Carole Lopez

Carole Lopez has been in the beauty industry for over 25 years. A San Francisco native, after high school she attended UC Berkeley where she studied Spanish, Biochemistry and Genetics.  She then attended Cosmetology school and was first attracted to the art of nail technology but soon found her true passion was hair and especially hair coloring.  

 

Beginning her career by becoming proficient at the art of hair and quickly mastering the concepts of color, permanent wave, cutting, styling and hair extensions.  Her training has been among the best in the beauty industry and she has traveled the world to gain knowledge for her craft.  As a bilingual educator, she has become an asset to her education team.

 

She has trained with multiple manufacturers as an educator and service provider, both domestically and internationally, such as:  Mizani, Alfaparf, Redken, Pure Color,  Peter Hantz, Martin Parsons, Patrick Cameron, Great Lengths, Venus Hair, Balmain, Hairdreams, Cinderella Hair, On Rite, Logics, Wella, and John Paul Mitchell Systems.  

 

She became the Color Director for Elizabeth Arden Salon, Education Director for Calco Hair Inc, Color Trainer at 77 Maiden Lane Salon, Senior National Color Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems, all while working behind the chair in the salon. Among her many accolades, she has done work for Television and the Music industry.    

 

Passion for the beauty industry has regarded Carole to be the top in her field.  Having trained with the best of the best throughout her career and always looking for fresh and relevant trends in the world of beauty, she is among the elite in her craft.  As an educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems for 22 years, she was among the first education team to introduce the new color line.  She has a  solid understanding of hair color and the application of these principal concepts and how they affect the hair. 

 

Healthy, manageable, creatively colored, cut and styled hair are of utmost concern for her guests in the salon.  She is responsible, reliable and loyal to her clientele.  There is no doubt that you will be in good hands.
